Oil sand control screen manufacturers talk about the difference between oil drill pipe and casing

We all know that the use of pipelines is inseparable in the process of oil transportation and mining. We usually use many oil pipes, such as slotted screens, wire-wound screens, etc. Some of them are for sand control and some are for sand control. To transport oil, different pipelines have different purposes.

Sand control screen manufacturers take you to understand the cutting method of seamless steel pipes

Thick-walled seamless steel pipe is a common type of thick-walled seamless steel pipe. It is a special material of thick-walled steel pipe. For thick-walled seamless steel pipe, it is more important to protect the basic use and play more Important performance. Thick-walled seamless steel pipe is an important material of seamless steel pipe. Its hardness is relatively large. Generally, it is more difficult to master the cutting skills and methods when cutting, so that thick-walled seamless steel pipe can be successfully cut. Can not hurt people. In order to safely cut thick-walled seamless steel pipes, the following operations are recommended. 1. Mechanical cutting adopts two kinds of external installation and internal installation. It uses the turning tool processing principle to cut and bevel the nozzle. The single machine has a large span, large processing thickness, less waste, no pollution, and no high temperature during the processing. It does not affect the material of the pipe and is beneficial to the welding. Water cutting processes pipelines through the combined action of high-pressure pumps and emery. The cuts are clean and the processing span is large, but its efficiency is low and the processing thickness is severely limited. 2. Oxygen acetylene flame cutting, by adjusting the oxygen valve and acetylene valve, the mixing ratio of oxygen and acetylene can be changed to obtain three different flames: neutral flame, oxidizing flame and carbonized flame. 3. Ion cutting, plasma cutting and different working gases can cut all kinds of metals that are difficult to cut by oxygen, especially for non-ferrous metals (stainless steel, aluminum, copper, titanium, nickel), the cutting effect is better; its main advantage is the cutting thickness When the metal is small, the plasma cutting speed is fast, especially when cutting ordinary carbon steel thin plates, the speed can reach 5-6 times that of the oxygen cutting method, the cutting surface is smooth, the thermal deformation is small, and the heat affected zone is less.

How are sand control screens commonly used in petroleum manufactured?

Sand control screens are widely used in the regeneration of old wells in oil exploration, new oil wells and exploration (test) wells, offshore oil extraction wells and pumping pipes, used in horizontal wells, side drilling, radial branch wells or open holes, gravel packing screens Tube completion for limited sand control. At present, the processing methods for the holes of the sand control screen mainly include the milling method with a sheet milling cutter and the grinding method with a sheet grinding wheel. Although these two methods are the more common processing methods used in the processing of sand control screens, due to The limitation of milling and grinding amount and the strength restriction of the chip milling cutter and the chip grinding wheel not only make the processing efficiency low, but also the smaller cutting gaps are above 0.35±0.05 mm. The nozzle on the spray head should be drilled according to the design requirements before each operation. The nozzle on the side of the spray head is used to clean the pipe wall, and the nozzle at the bottom of the spray head is used to clean bridges or solid-phase cutting. Through the rotation and up and down movement of the spray head repeatedly through the cleaning section, the entire pipe wall of the cleaning section can be thoroughly cleaned. Clean. Various methods can be used to remove the scale in the pipe, such as grinding and washing with Dyner drilling tools on the coiled tubing, pickling and reaming with a steel wire reamer, but each method has its limitations. The high-pressure jet cleaning system includes A displacement jet tool, downhole filter, surface filter equipment, circulating pump, coiled tubing equipment and computer software system.

Oil screen manufacturers take you to understand the processing methods of oil screens

Laser cutting method: The processing method is to scan the surface of the petroleum screen with a high-energy density laser beam, and cut qualified slits based on the basic principles of laser cutting. The advantage of this method is that the slit width of the slit is regular, there is no slag in the slit, the slit quality is good, and it can also cut out complex slit shapes such as trapezoidal seams, folded seams, and ultra-wide seams. In addition, laser cutting also has the advantages of low noise, high efficiency and low cost.
